Warranty Policy:
1. About firmware or software problem, we will usually send you the firmware or solution within 7 working days;
2. About problems that can be solved with only tutorials, we generally provide video tutorials within 3 working days;
3. About the hardware problem, we first send you replacement parts + manual guide, if still can't solve this problem, we will discuss exchange or refund. This will provide a solution within 1 working day;
4. Customers in Russia, Ukraine, and the Netherlands, we can provide better localization services.



Warranty Time:
1. 1LCD Projectors support 2 years free warranty;
2. DLP Projectors support 1-year free warranty;
3. Accessories (TV box, remote, mouse, cable, and so on) support 6 months free warranty;

4. Lifetime technical support. After the warranty, if a part fails, we only charge the shipping fee and the part will be given to you for free.


How to get free replacement parts for your projector?
please write your order number + Product SN number (of have) and send messages to us via one of the following ways.

If the projector needs to send back for repair or exchange:
Within 15 days: Seller pays all the shipping fee;
Within 6 months: Buyers and sellers pay a one-way freight separately;
After 6 months to 2 years: the buyer pays both shipping fees.

 

Please put a paper filled with the below information in the retail box, if not this paper when we received it, we are not sure who sent back it. then may cause warranty delay, hope you can understand.

Problem Description

 

 

Don't send it via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or any express delivery. otherwise, might incur expensive custom duty.
All projectors declare "Mini LED projector", Declare value less than 100 USD.
For a full refund, please send the full package back. If only for repair or replacement, please send the only product without any accessories. 
In any case, please well pack the goods without screen crack.



Note: before send back, pls must contact the online service to confirm the declared value and declare name.
